How do I import my own data? (Android only)
Iron Tracker can now import data that has previously been saved using email.
- The file must be named “IronTrackerData.txt”
- • The file must be placed in your phone’s “Downloads” folder

• Each line must describe one entry in the following format:
YYYY/MM/DD,FL,HL,TS,NOTE -
The fields in this format have these meanings:
- YYYY = four digit year (e.g. "2014")
- MM = two digit month (01 = January, 12 = December)
- DD = two digit day
- FL = ferritin level between 1 and 99999
- HL = hemoglobin level between 0 and 99999
- TS = transferrin saturation level between 0 and 99999
- NOTE = note text (optional), with no commas
- Dates cannot be in the future
- There are no spaces on the line
- Duplicates are ignored
- If there is any error, the data will not be imported, and a message will be shown.
